North London’s Arsenal Football Club is celebrating its 125th anniversary this year, a milestone that Nike’s recognized with something to watch. Its latest commemorative piece comes in the form of a pair of Air Max 1 Hyperfuse, a London-exclusive release done up in just two colors: black with hits of red at the lining, Swoosh, eyelets and outsole. Special detailing is seen at the tongue, affixed with labels printed with the CXXV Roman numeral, and 22-carat gold lace jewels, one etched with “125,” the other with the iconic Gunners’ logo. Packaged in a special Arsenal-themed box and limited to just 25 pairs, the shoes are available now at London’s 1948.
